Assessment Criteria
- Learners have the flexibility to attempt the 4 modules at their own workstation, such as a laptop. The submission of the modules is accepted electronically via email.
- Learners can choose any module to work on and are required to conduct research, apply critical thinking, and provide their own answers. Copying and pasting answers directly from the internet or other sources is strictly prohibited and considered plagiarism. Learners are encouraged to synthesize information from various sources and ensure their answers are based on their own understanding. References should be provided at the end of each answer.
- Learners are advised to check the uniqueness of their content (answers) using online tools like Turnitin, aiming for 85% content uniqueness. The uniqueness report should be attached along with each module submission.
- Completed modules will be submitted to the assessor, who will provide feedback to fill any gaps. This review process is cyclical, and once the work meets the assessment criteria, the assessor will approve the module.

Entry Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or;
- Master’s degree in engineering or;
- Degree/Diploma in chemical, instrumentation, mechanical, or a relevant process safety discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience demonstrating current and relevant industry knowledge.
- NVQ Diploma Level 6
- European Safety Council’s International Diploma in HSE endorsed by Qualifi
- NEBOSH International Diploma
In certain circumstances, individuals with significant experience but no formal qualifications may be considered, subject to interview and the ability to demonstrate their capability to handle the demands of the program.
Course Duration
The course is valid for 18 months, allowing learners to submit modules within this time frame. As each module is completed, it can be submitted for assessor review.
